Our Meal Kits

How many portions are in one Meal Kit?
Each “order” comes with 2 servings of the recipe. Therefore, 2 “orders” would be a meal with 4 servings, 3 “orders” would be 6 servings, and so on.
Are the Meal Kits from Let’s Cook already pre-made? Or do I prepare them myself?
Our meal kits are a hybrid of already made items and some preparation that you still need to do. You can also customize the items by adding some of your own touches. Easy to understand instructions to complete your meal will be included with each Meal Kit, along with a picture of the meal.
We have a specific dietary preference in our household, e.g. Keto, Gluten Free, Vegetarian etc.; can my Meal Kits be customized to suit this preference?
Definitely! We offer a wide variety of meals that fit different dietary restrictions. You can also search the menus by using these as key search words.
We have a very serious food allergy in our family, how is that handled?
We prepare all of our food very safely, however since all of our food is prepared in the same kitchen, we would not recommend that you order our Meal Kits if your allergy is very serious.
How can I find out what menu items are coming up in the next few weeks?
We will be sending you regular emails that feature our menu options in the upcoming weeks.


Can I order only when I want to? Or must I sign up for regular deliveries?
You then have the option of ordering the meal kits whenever you want them OR creating a subscription where you will receive regular weekly meal kits.
Can I switch from “one time” orders to “Weekly Meal Kit Subscription” at any time?
You certainly can. Simply order your meal kits and in checkout click “Subscribe & Save”
Is there a minimum Meal Kit order requirement?
Yes, there is a minimum order requirement per order of 2 meal kits. (This would be 2 different menu items, with a minimum of 2 portions in each kit).
Is there a difference in pricing between random one-time orders and membership orders?
Yes, with a weekly order subscription, you automatically receive a 7% discount on your Meal Kit orders.
How does the weekly subscription feature work?
After your first weekly meal subscription is selected, these meals become your SUBSCRIPTION. Since we will be changing our menu weekly, you will be notified that the meals in your weekly subscription have changed. All you need to do is log in to your subscription tab on your account, and change your weekly meals to the options that you would like for that week. If you do not make any changes, you will receive the meals that were selected for you.
How do I change my meals in my subscription?
When you are on the page, find the ‘Subscription’ tab in the main menu and click on your active subscription. From there, you can change your meals, cancel or pause your subscription.
What happens if I forget to order one week?
No worries! We will notify you when our menu has changed. If you still forget, we will simply use the information that we have gathered from your previous orders to select a similar menu item we are offering.
I am going on vacation, what do I need to do to pause my subscription?
No Problem! When you are on the page, go to the “Subscriptions” tab and there you can pause, change meals, or cancel your subscription.
I would like to purchase a membership as a gift for my staff or other family members, how can I do that?
We are currently working on this functionality. For now, please contact us for this option.
What happens if I change my mind after I ordered, or I made a mistake?
Please send us an email at as soon as possible, and we will be in touch with you to see what we can do.
Can I order ahead for multiple weeks?
At this time, you can only order for the following week. You can view and order from these options until each Thursday evening at 11 pm. On Friday- you will then see the menu items change for the NEXT week.

I can only see one week’s worth of menus, where can I see ALL of your menu options?
On our home page – we have a tab that says “FULL MENU GALLERY” – this will show all of the menus that we are currently offering!


What days do you deliver?
Our deliveries are made on Monday and Thursday.
What time can I expect my delivery?
Your order will be delivered any time between noon and 5 pm but don’t worry – it will be in a refrigerated box. We will also send you a text within a half-hour in advance of delivery.
Where do you deliver?
Let’s Cook is based in Lethbridge Alberta, and at present offers delivery service to Lethbridge, Coaldale, and Coalhurst. Stay tuned for more info!

What if I am not home when you deliver?
No worries- our delivery driver will leave the box at your front door as discreetly as possible.
How does the food stay fresh in transit?
All our boxes have insulated cool packs to keep the meal kits fresh until you can bring the box into your home.
Is there a potential for a weather-related delay?
Unfortunately, bad weather may delay your delivery – or push it back by a day. If this happens we will let you know immediately.


Why is the name “Let’s Cook” if we are not doing all the cooking?
Good question! As we went through our testing and development of our menus, we realized that even though a lot of the items are already prepared for you, you will still feel like you ARE cooking, as you assemble and put the menu items together for your family and or guests! Transfer to your own serving bowls and vessels – and no one will guess that you did not prepare this feast yourself!
What if I am unhappy with my Meal Kit that I received?
Please reach out to us at as soon as possible, take pictures that demonstrate what you are disappointed in, and our customer satisfaction team will be in touch.
Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes, it is all recyclable. The solution in the ice packs is a water and salt gel designed to get colder than ice. Keep for future use, or cut off the ends and pour the all-natural solution in the toilet- recycling the remaining plastic.
Is my Credit Card information secure?
Our payment processing is managed by Stripe, one of the largest online payment processors. All information is stored on their encrypted servers, which are compliant with strict security regulations. Stripe manages billions of dollars in online payments annually and is our partner of choice to ensure the security of your payment information.
